Short Course Cancellation Policy: : Registration fees will be refunded minus $25 processing fee for any reason until one-week before the start of the course. After that time, refunds minus $25 processing fee will be made if reserved spaces can be filled from the waiting list.

3-Day Fall Workshop Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled for any reason up to three weeks before the first day of the course will receive full refund of funds paid, minus $25 processing fee. For later cancellations, the SRC will attempt to fill reseved spaces from names on the waiting list. If the reserved place can be filled from the waiting list, the holder of the original reservation will receive full refund, minus $25 processing fee. If spaces cannot be filled from the waiting list, no refunds will be made for late cancellations.
